Peter Tork

Peter Tork of the Monkees turns 70 years old today [February 13th, 2012).  Peter's role in the group was probably most underrated, since he was the most accomplished musician when the band was assembled for the hit television show.  Tork plays guitar quite well and was also adept at keyboards.

Here they come. The Monkees are reuniting and touring for their 45th anniversary. Micky Dolenz, Davy Jones, and Peter Tork will start the tour with a series of dates in Europe before scheduling summer dates in the U.S.
