5 Ghoulishly Great Games That Will Raise The Dead At Your Halloween Party
Halloween is that eerie time of the year when lines between the living and the dead seem to blur. The streets come alive with young and old alike dressed in their spookiest best, houses are decorated with pumpkins and cobwebs, plus there's just an excitement in the air.
I know people who go all out for Halloween, including throwing huge get-togethers. Friends from all around come to share in the shenanigans. Party games are an absolute must. An article from Country Living started me remembering all the different games I played at parties. Below are a few of my favorites that are great for both kiddos and adults.
LOOK: 5 GHOULISHLY GREAT GAMES THAT WILL RAISE THE DEAD AT YOUR HALLOWEEN PARTY
Bobbing for Apples
This classic game requires only a large tub filled with water and some fresh apples. Participants attempt to grab an apple using only their teeth and not their hands. The one who gets an apple the fastest is the winner.
Mummy Wrap Relay
Set up party-goers with a couple of toilet paper rolls and let the fun begin. Team up in pairs with one person wrapping the other like a mummy using toilet paper. The first team to finish their roll and have a completely wrapped mummy wins.
Monster Freeze Dance
Crank up some Halloween tunes and let everyone hit the dancefloor. When the music stops, everyone freezes in place. If you move, you're out. The last dancer standing is the winner.
Pin the Wart on the Witch
Just like the old "Pin the Tail on the Donkey" game, but with some Halloween flair. Draw or buy a large picture of a witch and create warts from construction paper. Blindfold players, spin them around, and then let them try to pin the wart on the witch's nose.
Pumpkin Bowling
For this game, you'll need a small pumpkin and some empty cans. Stack the cans in a pyramid shape and use the pumpkin as a bowling ball to knock them down. The person who knocks down the most cans scores a prize.
Let your creativity and imagination run wild. Give these a go at your party this year. Have a safe and happy Halloween.
