The new Glen Campbell album 'Ghost On The Canvas' is now available. It will be his final album, followed by the Glen Campbell 'Goodbye Tour'. Campbell and his wife Kim went public a few weeks ago that he is suffering from Alzheimer's disease. The fact that the album could be made at all is incredible. And it's even more so when you hear how good 'Ghost' really is.

The album is beautifully produced and the songs weave together loosely as a 'concept' that looks at life from beginning to end. Glen's voice is rich, full, and perfectly on pitch. Sources close to him say that even now, he doesn't remember very much about the making of the album, but the proof is in the music. Songwriters Paul Westerburg of 'Replacements' fame, Jakob Dylan (Bob's son), and Robert Pollard wrote or co-wrote with Campbell.

And the album features guitar work from Brian Setzer, Billy Corgan, Chris Isaac, and the legendary Dick Dale. They team with Glen to create a veritable guitar assault on the track 'In Your Arms'. If you get a chance, buy this album. It's a stellar effort and a poignant farewell from Glen Campbell.
